But don’t think of classic as old, the restaurant staff is friendly and professional, the food offering includes the most typical Milanese dishes and is perfectly cooked and presented. "DON CARLOS is a journey into the past. The restaurant is located in one of the alleys of one of the most prestigious streets in Milan. It will take you on a journey into authentic Italian cuisine in the class of the nobility of the past. The design and service take you into the noble houses of Milan of the past with the flavors of authentic food at the highest level. So what do you have to taste in a place like this? Of course we took the saffron risotto, one of the most Milanese dishes there is. Usually it is served with ossobucco, but this time we only took the risotto, the Milanese schnitzel, the cutlet that comes served on the bone and is delicate and delicious at the highest levels, and of course homemade tortellini stuffed with seasonal vegetables and handmade tomato pasta. Everything was simply perfect, just like an Italian mamma."
